ANOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS
NEW ISSUE OF SHARES
Further to the communiqué dated 7 March 2017, with respect to the issue of 15,351,709 Ordinary shares at BWP1.17 each, approximately equivalent to USD0.11 each (the “New Shares”) of the Company, the Board of Directors of Shumba Energy Ltd (the “Company”) is pleased to inform its shareholders and the public in general that the New Shares have been listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange with effect from Wednesday 15 March 2017 and will be listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius with effect from Friday 24 March 2017. The Company’s total number of shares in issue will therefore be 263,290,637.
