Further to the communique issued on 31 July 2017, the Board of Directors of Shumba Energy Ltd (“Shumba Energy” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Listing Executive Committee of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius has approved the cancellation of the admission of Shumba Energy from the Development & Enterprise Market, pursuant to DEM Rule 37.1, as from market close on 28 August 2017.
